Due to our continued growth, we require a Furniture Sander to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 7am – 4.30pm
Friday 7am – 11.00am
Breaks:
Two 15-minute breaks (unpaid)
One 30-minute break (paid)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and sand furniture frames and components to a high standard before they enter the spray shop.

Use hand and power sanding tools to ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for finishing.
•
Inspect work for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
•
Maintain a clean and organised working area.
•
Work with other departments to ensure production deadlines are met.
•
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
Skills Required:
Previous experience in sanding or furniture preparation is preferred, but full training will be provided.

Good attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
•
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
